I read every message personally and respond within 48 hours. For commissions, the more detail you can share about what you are looking for, the form, the size, the intended use, colors you are drawn to, the better I can guide the conversation. But if you are not sure yet, that is fine too. We will figure it out together.

Response times

I respond to all messages within 48 hours. If you reach out on a weekend or during a firing, it may take until Monday or Tuesday. I believe in thoughtful responses over rushed ones. For urgent wholesale or restaurant orders, please note "urgent" in your subject and I will prioritize.

Current availability

Commission wait time is currently 6-8 weeks. Wholesale orders require 8-12 weeks lead time depending on size. Workshop spots fill 2-3 weeks in advance. If your preferred date is full, I will add you to the waitlist for the next opening.

Questions about ordering

Yes. I ship worldwide with careful packaging designed specifically for ceramics. International shipping typically adds 2-3 weeks. Customs fees and duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Contact me immediately with photos. I will replace any piece damaged in shipping at no cost. I stand behind my work and my packing. In fifteen years, fewer than a dozen pieces have arrived broken.
Absolutely. Studio visits are by appointment only, email me and we will find a time. You can see work in progress, handle finished pieces, and discuss commissions in person. I am in the studio most weekdays.
Because each piece is handmade and unique, I do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if a piece arrives damaged or does not match what was agreed upon in a commission, I will make it right.
All my work is high-fired stoneware, dishwasher safe, microwave safe, and food safe. Avoid extreme temperature changes (no freezer to oven) and hand wash if you want the glaze to stay pristine for decades. But honestly, use them. They are made to be lived with.
Every piece begins with a conversation. Whether you know exactly what you want or are still exploring, reach out. The best commissions I have ever made started with someone saying "I am not sure what I need, but..."
